Who we are
A partner in your journey
Horizon Youth and Family Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering nurturing, individualised care to young people and families across the Northern Territory and South Australia. We believe support should recognise the whole person, and the many different pathways that bring people to us.
We keep an open-door policy and customise our support to fit each person's circumstances, so you are always met with understanding, never a one-size-fits-all approach. When you connect with Horizon, you gain a genuine partner on the journey towards independence and empowerment.
