Good to know

In-home support questions, answered

In-home support is help delivered in your own home, tailored to what you need. That can mean personal care, help around the house, meal preparation, medication prompts, building daily living skills, or simply a reliable hand to keep your day running smoothly. We shape it around your routines, not a fixed checklist.

For many people, yes. In-home support is commonly funded under the Core supports in an NDIS plan, such as assistance with daily life. The exact funding depends on your goals and assessed needs. If you are not sure what your plan covers, get in touch and we will help you make sense of it.

We aim for consistency and match you with workers who suit your needs and preferences, so it is familiar people supporting you in your home wherever possible. If a regular worker is away, we do our best to send someone who already knows you and your routine.

We provide in-home support across the Northern Territory and South Australia, including northern Adelaide suburbs such as Munno Para, Elizabeth, Salisbury and Gawler. Contact us to check your area.
