Supported Independent Living

Your home, your life, on your terms

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is the cornerstone of our commitment to independence. We help you live in your own home, on your own or sharing, with the everyday support you need to feel safe, confident and in control.

We provide SIL across the Northern Territory and South Australia, built around your goals and the way you want to live.

What SIL covers

Everyday support that fits your home life

Your SIL support is shaped around your routines and the level of help you want, from a few hours a day to around-the-clock support. Here are the kinds of things we can help with.

Cooking and meals

Planning, shopping and preparing meals together, so you eat well and build kitchen confidence at your own pace.

Cleaning and the home

A hand to keep your home clean, tidy and the way you like it, with laundry and everyday household tasks.

Personal care

Respectful support with showering, dressing and grooming, provided with privacy and dignity at every step.

Building daily skills

Practical, hands-on support to learn and grow the skills that help you do more for yourself over time.

Health and safety

Support to stay safe at home, manage medication prompts and know what to do if something goes wrong.

Living well with others

If you share a home, we help housemates get along, sort out routines and make the household work for everyone.

Our approach

Support that puts you in charge

Your home, your choice

You decide how you live, who supports you and how your day runs. We fit around you, not the other way round.

Skilled, consistent workers

We match you with workers who suit you and aim for consistency, so it is familiar faces you can build trust with.

Support kept separate from your tenancy

Your support and your home are kept separate, so choosing us never puts your tenancy at risk.

Growing independence

We support you to build skills and confidence, stepping back as you take on more, because independence is the goal.

Good to know

SIL questions, answered

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is NDIS funding for the help you need with everyday tasks so you can live in your own home, on your own or sharing with others. It covers day-to-day support like cooking, cleaning, personal care, building skills and staying safe, tailored to your goals rather than a one-size-fits-all roster.

SIL usually suits people who need regular or 24/7 support to live at home. If you are moving out of the family home, leaving hospital or a group setting, or your current living arrangement no longer works for you, we can talk through whether SIL fits your goals and your NDIS plan.

Yes. Your support and your tenancy are kept separate, so choosing us for SIL never puts your home at risk. You stay in control of both, and you can change your support provider without changing where you live.

We provide Supported Independent Living across the Northern Territory and South Australia, including northern Adelaide suburbs such as Munno Para, Elizabeth, Salisbury and Gawler. Contact us to check availability in your area.
