Community access

Get out, connect and belong

Community is where life happens. Our community access support bridges the gap between you and the vibrant world around you, helping you explore your interests, make friends and feel part of something.

We provide community access across the Northern Territory and South Australia, built around the things you love to do.

Our approach

Connection that grows confidence

Led by your interests

We start with what you love and build from there, so getting out feels exciting, not like an appointment.

Support that steps back

We are there as much as you need and fade into the background as your confidence grows.

Familiar, friendly faces

Consistent workers who get to know you make it easier to try new things and feel at ease.

Real belonging

Our aim is genuine connection and belonging, not just attendance, so community becomes part of your life.
