NDIS support for young people & families · South Australia & Northern Territory
Community is where life happens. Our community access support bridges the gap between you and the vibrant world around you, helping you explore your interests, make friends and feel part of something.
We provide community access across the Northern Territory and South Australia, built around the things you love to do.
Whatever you are into, we help you get there and take part with confidence. Here are just some of the ways we can support you.
Get to the gym, the pool, a class or your favourite team, and stay active in the ways you enjoy.
Follow your passions, from art and music to cooking, gaming, gardening and everything in between.
Catch up with friends, join a group and meet new people who share your interests.
Take part in courses, workshops and community programs that build skills and confidence.
Give back and build experience through volunteering opportunities that suit you.
Support to travel to and from activities and build your confidence using transport.
We start with what you love and build from there, so getting out feels exciting, not like an appointment.
We are there as much as you need and fade into the background as your confidence grows.
Consistent workers who get to know you make it easier to try new things and feel at ease.
Our aim is genuine connection and belonging, not just attendance, so community becomes part of your life.
Community access can suit you if you would like to get out more, try new things, meet people or take part in activities and simply need a hand to make it happen.
It works beautifully alongside youth support and in-home support. Explore all our services or reach out for a chat.
Community access is support to get out and take part in life beyond your front door, whether that is a hobby, a class, sport, volunteering, catching up with friends, or simply running errands. We help bridge the gap between you and your community, so you can build connections and confidence in the things you enjoy.
