Youth support

Backing young people to thrive

Being young comes with big questions and big opportunities. Our youth support is flexible, responsive and understanding, helping young people build resilience and life skills while working towards their education, employment and personal goals.

We support young people across the Northern Territory and South Australia, in partnership with their families.

Ways we support young people

Skills, confidence and a future to aim for

We meet young people where they are and support what matters most to them. Here are some of the ways we can help.

Building resilience

A steady, understanding presence that helps young people navigate challenges and bounce back stronger.

Life skills

Practical skills for everyday life, from cooking and budgeting to routines, travel and looking after yourself.

Education and training

Support to stay engaged with school, TAFE or study, and to work towards the next step.

Employment goals

Encouragement and practical help to explore work, build skills and move towards employment.

Social connection

Support to build friendships, join activities and feel connected to peers and community.

A positive role model

A reliable, respectful mentor in their corner, helping them believe in what they can achieve.

Our approach

Flexible, respectful and led by the young person

We listen first

We start by getting to know the young person, their world and their goals, so support is genuinely theirs.

Flexible and responsive

Young lives change fast. We stay flexible, adapting as needs, interests and circumstances shift.

Partnering with families

We work alongside families, keeping everyone connected while respecting the young person's growing voice.

Goal-oriented

We pursue clear goals with dedication, celebrating progress and keeping the future firmly in view.

Youth support questions, answered

Youth support is for young people who benefit from a flexible, understanding hand as they grow towards independence. We tailor our approach to each young person, working around school, study, work, interests and the everyday ups and downs of being young, all while keeping families involved and informed.

It depends on the young person. Support can focus on building life skills, confidence and routines, staying engaged with education or training, developing social connections, working towards employment goals, or simply having a positive, reliable role model in their corner.

Families are central to what we do. We work in partnership with parents, guardians and carers, keeping communication open while respecting the young person's growing independence and voice. Support looks different for every family, and we shape it together.

We provide youth support across the Northern Territory and South Australia, including northern Adelaide and surrounding communities. Contact us to talk about the young person in your life and what would help.
