Wherever you are, good support should come to you. We provide warm, person-centred NDIS support across the Northern Territory and South Australia, at home and out in the community.

Support that travels to you
We come to you, across SA and the NT
Horizon is based in Munno Para West, and we travel to the people we support. That means you do not need to come to an office or fit your life around ours. We arrange a time and a place that work for you, whether that is your own home, a local cafe or somewhere out in your community.
Out in your community
We support you to get out and take part, whether that is shopping, appointments, social outings or local groups.
Distance is no barrier
Our workers travel to you across the region, so where you live never gets in the way of the support you choose.
